K & K MOTORSPORTS PREPARED FOR INAUGURAL DEVELOPMENT SEASON
Sacramento, CA - (March 22, 2013) The off-season has been busy for K & K Motorsports with finalizing sponsorships and confirming drivers to add to their growing roster. K & K Motorsports, a motorsports marketing agency and race team fielded by Kim Walmer will begin its first season as a development team in just a few short weeks.
Joining the sponsorship line up for 2013 with K & K Motorsports are Reser's Fine Foods, Advocare, Wicked Quick Apparel, Driven Cellars, Slicks Big Time BBQ, Joe Gibbs Driven Oil and EF-65 cleaner. Reser's Fine Foods joined K & K Motorsports when Keegan Walmer was running Quarter Midgets at the age of five in 2001. Reser's has remained with Walmer since and has established a steady relationship that broadens their racing support to sponsor NASCAR driver Matt Kenseth in the Nationwide series this year.
EF-65 Hand Cleaner jumped on board with K & K Motorsports at the end of the 2012 season. EF-65 is a waterless eco-friendly hand cleaner and is gentle on the hands. EF-65 currently endorses NASCAR Camping World Truck driver Ken Schrader as well.
Wicked Quick Apparel is no stranger to supporting motorsports as they sponsor drivers in NHRA and now support the short track racers with K & K Motorsports. Wicked Quick provides American made speed trends of Carroll Shelby, Cobra, Ford, Chevy, and American Racing that can be found at fashionable favored stores like Nordstrom's and LA's hip store Kitson. Driven Cellars is a winery based out of Plymouth California and is driven to go beyond that next curve and push your passions to the next level. Driven Cellars is a family owned winery also sharing a love for vintage cars housing several antique cars and tractors on display. You can find Driven Cellars wine products being served at All American Speedway concession stands this year.
Ricky Bowers, Dylan Cappello and Kelsie Martin are actively prepping for their first race on Saturday, April 6 at Stockton 99 Speedway. Ricky Bowers will drive the No. 61 Cometic Gasket Modified, Kelsie Martin will drive the No. 31 Driven Cellars Modified and Dylan Cappello will drive the No. 11 EF-65 Hand Cleaner Modified. Keegan Walmer will be fielding the No. 86 NASCAR K&N Pro Series East grand national car with DRG Motorsports. The latest K & K Motorsports driver Liam Ryan will be racing selective World of Outlaws on the west coast. Cappello, who also races in Legend cars, has begun his racing season strong by collecting three wins and nearly missed breaking the track record at I-10 Speedway.
