Shipping Policy

SHIPPING AND HANDLING, US and Territories:

We’ve tried to make it simple and straight forward. Orders are sent via USPS, UPS or FedEx and are usually received between 3 and 7 business days depending on the ship to location in the United States. Our standard shipping rates are below, however, there may be specials and/or updates to this that may not be reflected below.

Ground Shipping:

  • a. Less than $50: Your cost is $6
  • b. Over $50: Free
Expedited Service (2 day UPS service): $32.50
Next Business Day (for all orders received prior to 11 am Pacific Standard Time): $55 for orders under $300 and $75 for over $300

SHIPPING AND HANDLING, INTERNATIONAL

We ship to most countries worldwide.  For most orders shipping outside the United States, we will ship your order via the US Postal Service which connects to the destination postal service.  We will use UPS or FedEx on occassion as well. Delivery times vary by destination, most orders should arrive within 21 days of shipment. All payments are made in US Dollars. The order total does not include customs duties or international taxes. The customer is responsible for any non-US taxes or import duties which may be levied by local authorities. Please check your countries import and taxation policies before ordering.

Western Europe / Japan / Australia / New Zealand Rates:
1-2 items:  $20
3-4 items:  $30
5-6 items:  $40
>6 items: $50
All others:
1-2 items: $30
3-4 items: $40

RETURNS POLICY:

We will accept returns for unworn, unwashed, unaltered new garments within 30 days of purchase. We will refund your full purchase price upon receipt of the garment at Wicked Quick (you pay return shipping). Send returns to: Wicked Quick Industries, Inc. EXCHANGES:

We will accept exchanges for unworn, unwashed, unaltered new garments within 30 days of purchase.  Please contact Wicked Quick to find out if the garment is still in stock in the desired size (customerservice@wickedquick.com).  If it is and an exchange is set up, we will send you the replacement (at no additional shipping costs for US shipments, international shipments may involve additional fees, contact customerservice@wickedquick.com). CLOSEOUT PRODUCTS:

Products marked "last chance" or "closeout" are final sales and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
